Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

The processing time for customer orders is 1-3 business days. The processing time for Wholesale “Tea Box” orders is 2-5 business days. These processing times may vary during peak seasons and are not guaranteed.

 

SHIPPING

Canada Post/USPS orders are currently experiencing delivery delays.

We ship worldwide (with the exception of Mainland China). We ship via Canada Post, USPS and UPS. All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping time in transits provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual time in transit will vary depending on shipping address and time of year.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Bare English & Co.

IMPORTANT NOTE when choosing UPS - Please provide a street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.

 

WHOLESALE ORDERS

ALL wholesale orders are shipped via UPS.

 

RETURN POLICY

TOQUES & LIP BALM: We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

CLOTHING: Unworn, unwashed clothing with tags intact can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery. Clothing must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. We do not refund shipping, return shipping or duties and taxes (if applicable)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.

 

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event you receive product that is damaged, or there is a problem with your order, please email info@BareEnglish.com immediately. To qualify for a refund, we must be notified within 7 calendar days of delivery. Product must be returned in original packaging. We do not refund duties and taxes (if applicable).
